Our highly qualified site foremen are responsible for the on-site supervision of each project. Pre-scheduled progress meetings and reports ensure that all projects are delivered on time with a minimum of delays. All site supervisors have an OH&S log book that comprises an incident report sheet, which is used to record any accidents or injuries. Office staff and project managers are informed of any accidents or injuries as soon as they occur and the most suitable course of action is then taken to assist the injured employee.
